  • Technical Requirements:
    • You must have a Facebook account - it's the only way we can admit you to the private Facebook classroom
    • Your computer or device should be capable of viewing video with a strong enough internet connection to stream the lesson
    • Check ahead of time to ensure that you can hear and see videos on Facebook (you usually need to both click into a live video and unmute it in order to hear and read and add comments.)
    • I highly recommend that if you don't already have it, that you download the Facebook app on your phone or device and get logged in and set up. This will make it so you can easily take in-progress photos to post for feedback directly from the app.

Administrative Details & Class Policies:

  • Unfortunately, because this is an online class where you can view the content and have full access even if you miss the livestream, there are no cancellations or refunds.
  •  I usually bring a fair amount of products and goodies to my classes for students to use. However since this is an online class, we just want to make sure it's clear that aside from the downloads posted in the Facebook group, you'll be responsible for providing all of your own supplies (please see the supply list above.) I've tried to give lots of options and alternatives so that you can pull from your stash wherever possible. The Artistic Stamper also has most of the supplies available in their shop so if you have something you need or see something that you want to try, I hope you'll help support the store. (And contact the shop if you need something that isn't linked - they may have it!)

Q: How long will the Facebook group be available after the Live video is over?
A: The group will remain open for you to re-watch the video and ask questions for 6 months after the date of the live class

Q: Can I register after the live class is over?
A: yes for about 6 months.

Q: When will I get access to the Facebook group?
A: Please check your emails for a link to the group on FaceBook . Be sure to check your spam too!

Q: Can I place a shop order from The Artistic Stamper if I live outside of the UK?
A: Yes - the shop will ship internationally.

We have no minimum order, but orders up to £30 incur a postage cost of £3.20 or £3.85 first class mail.

All orders over £30.00 are postage FREE to the UK ONLY

European Postage & Packing

If you are ordering from Europe, postage and packing is £11.00 This is for a tracked and signed for package shipped by Royal Mail.

Due to new EU VAT rules our minimum order for EU countries is now £150. All orders will be charged VAT & Duty on arrival , before delivery.

Worldwide Postage & Packing

If you are ordering from the USA postage is £15.45 Canada is £13.00, Australia is £14.40. This is for a tracked and signed for package.

Please note we can not be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. Orders 'lost in the Post' are normally very rare, however if this does occur we will replace items ( after the statutory time limit set by the post office) where possible, otherwise a refund or replacement will be offered.

Returns and exchanges

We will replace faulty or damaged items sent, if you email to telephone us within 7 days of receipt. We try not to make mistakes, but very occasionally this happens, and we will do all we can to sort them out.
Refunds for unwanted goods will be given, minus the postage charges, on receipt of returned goods in a re-saleable condition.

We do endeavour to update the website as quickly as we can to mark items out of stock if not available. Occasionally it may be that item is out of stock when you buy it, and we will forward it on as soon as possible to you.
