We have no minimum order but orders up to £20 incur a postage cost of £3.00

If you are from outside of the UK, We have iinitially charged you £10.00 , but if it is less, we will refund you the difference. if it is more we will email you. This is for a tracked and signed for package.

Please note we can not be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. Orders 'lost in the Post' are normally very rare, however if this does occur we will replace items ( after the statutory time limit set by the post office) where possible, otherwise a refund or replacement will be offered.
Returns and exchanges
We will replace faulty or damaged items sent, if you email to telephone us within 7 days of receipt. We try not to make mistakes, but very occasionally this happens, and we will do all we can to sort them out.
Refunds for unwanted goods will be given, minus the postage charges, on receipt of returned goods in a re-saleable condition.
We do endeavour to update the website as quickly as we can to mark items out of stock if not available. Occasionally it may be that item is out of stock when you buy it, and we will forward it on as soon as possible to you.
A full refund will be given for faulty or damaged goods.
