Kay Carley has worked in the UK craft sector for decades as a Product demonstrator, designer and TV presenter. She started designing stamps for PaperArtsy in her well-recognised feminine, floral style. She is so good at designing partner-products (stamp-stencil) in ways that allow you to add colour and layer stamps, stencils with paint to create amazingly detailed projects with wonderful depth and dimension. Her Products are designed to be versatile for card-making and mixed media. You will find A5 and mini stamps, plus stencils in 2 sizes within her collection.

Postage & Packing within the UK , Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands.

We have no minimum order, but orders up to £30 incur a postage cost of £3.35 or £4.45 first class mail.

All orders over £30.00 are postage FREE to the UK ONLY

All orders are usually sent within 3 working days.

European Postage & Packing

If you are ordering from Europe, postage and packing is £11.00 This is for a tracked and signed for package shipped by Royal Mail.  All orders will be charged local VAT & Duty on arrival , before delivery. We accept no responsibility for these duties, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Worldwide Postage & Packing

If you are ordering from the USA postage is £15.45 Canada is £13.00, Australia is £15.65. This is for a tracked and signed for package.

Please note we can not be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. Orders 'lost in the Post' are normally very rare, however if this does occur we will replace items ( after the statutory time limit set by the post office) where possible, otherwise a refund or replacement will be offered.

Returns and exchanges

We will replace faulty or damaged items sent, if you email to telephone us within 7 days of receipt. We try not to make mistakes, but very occasionally this happens, and we will do all we can to sort them out.
Refunds for unwanted goods will be given, minus the postage charges, on receipt of returned goods in a re-saleable condition.

We do endeavour to update the website as quickly as we can to mark items out of stock if not available. Occasionally it may be that item is out of stock when you buy it, and we will forward it on as soon as possible to you.
