The start button is positioned to sit on the top of the 3D pen, allowing both left and right handed users to operate the pen and have the same positive, user-friendly experience. The pen has 3 optimized speed settings that give the user the ability to adjust the material flow through the pen depending on the desired output. Fast: minimises the time it takes to cover an area in creating larger models and offers advanced users an increased flow rate. Normal: Provides a comfortable level of output power and ensures easy operation from the beginning, as well as consistent continuity, minimizing the need for regular starting and stopping Fine: Optimized for creating intricate designs and the ability to draw vertically freely. The pen has a USB-C connection, which means it can be used with the latest mobile technology charging cables, and it is compatible with all Polaroid PLA based universal filaments, including PLA, Deluxe Silk, Multicoloured, Glow in the Dark and P Wood. With automatic filament retraction and shutdown after 5 minutes of inactivity for added safety and easy filament removal by pressing and holding the power button for 2 seconds ensures no filament waste. 3 filament rolls are included and give you everything you need to get started. Postage & Packing within the UK , Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands.

We have no minimum order, but orders up to £30 incur a postage cost of £3.35 or £4.45 first class mail.

All orders over £30.00 are postage FREE to the UK ONLY

All orders are usually sent within 3 working days.

European Postage & Packing

If you are ordering from Europe, postage and packing is £11.00 This is for a tracked and signed for package shipped by Royal Mail.  All orders will be charged local VAT & Duty on arrival , before delivery. We accept no responsibility for these duties, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Worldwide Postage & Packing

If you are ordering from the USA postage is £15.45 Canada is £13.00, Australia is £15.65. This is for a tracked and signed for package.

Please note we can not be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. Orders 'lost in the Post' are normally very rare, however if this does occur we will replace items ( after the statutory time limit set by the post office) where possible, otherwise a refund or replacement will be offered.

Returns and exchanges

We will replace faulty or damaged items sent, if you email to telephone us within 7 days of receipt. We try not to make mistakes, but very occasionally this happens, and we will do all we can to sort them out.
Refunds for unwanted goods will be given, minus the postage charges, on receipt of returned goods in a re-saleable condition.

We do endeavour to update the website as quickly as we can to mark items out of stock if not available. Occasionally it may be that item is out of stock when you buy it, and we will forward it on as soon as possible to you.
